Link not working and sets off antivirus software. I'm deleting it and gonna try to replace with a valid one.
Well I tried two separate computers and updated to newest SW restarted both and powerline is still setting off the avast antivirus software on both so I can't get a link to replace yours Kevin… maybe someone else on staff can try…
@montanajoe or @Horse Plains Drifter I tried to delete the link above but it came back, It is still setting off my Antivirus software can one of you guys verify if it's just me or is it not safe?

I looked at the forums for the Avast software. This link allows you to enter a URL and see if it has been flagged:
VirusTotal
VirusTotalAccording to the scan I did of the powering blog, the site has had no reports of malware.
You can also contact Avast with the URL of a site in question and they will check it out.6 -
@Kevin_L I was referring to @62vld2042 his name is also Kevin, anyways thanks for the help it must just be on my computers if you guys can use it fine, I did chat with avast support, the dude just told me to redo install & update which I already did and so he is sending to higher level support… I expect no help and since he said 2-3 days before I hear from them… Anyways. kind of ruined my morning, I always enjoyed seeing the funnies…

Glad you posted that screenshot. It seems the html script inf threat is very often a false positive. Hopefully Avast has a look and adapts their blacklist files accordingly.

I clicked on it on the fourth, and it opened right up for me. Same still today.
