This state has changed so much for the better since it has become a solidly red state. Gov Justice is also cutting personal income tax again and another legislative meeting is set to reduce it even more. Justice will be a great senator when he gets elected this fall. I can remember when WV was as blue as it could get. It was hard to get republicans on county or state tickets. I never thought WV would be as ruby red as it is today. All I can say is thank you Obama, Biden and all the woke liberal Dems

Missouri has fought back and forth on this for years….. As I understand it, all they can do is ask me to leave.

...almost heaven. A lot not to like about WV history, but ya gotta ask, if the state gives you a license you qualified for, why can't you use it a lot of places in that state.

It's hard to tell how that's going to work with their campus being so sprawled out and the other municipalities intermingled.
