My niece lives in Gatlinburg. Not far from where Dolly's father and mother lived in later years . The good that Dolly and Dollywood have done in that area in lifting the standard of living is amazing . I was / am a frequent visitor to that part of NC .
That anyone could find fault with her efforts is beyond ludicrous.

My daughter learned to read with her book program. Dolly is alright except for her new rock and roll songs. They are terrible.

I say "go on. try to bring down Dolly Parton". Those that do will find they've met their match. Dolly is an American icon and only woke idiots think she's anything other than a stellar example of what a person should be.

No dig. I'm saying that the folks that do have an issue have no brain. The ones with a brain won't have an issue so you don't have to be disturbed.

No doubt in my mind she's an angel sent to Earth from above and she's doing her job well with humor, talent and love of all types of people…..it shows.

I remember when Dolly did a "top ten" on Letterman many years ago. She's a good person.
#10 was about the trouble explaining to her accountant why it cost so much to look so cheap.
#1 was that nobody notices that she also has a great rear end.

Johnny Carson had her on his show. He said he'd give a years pay to get a peek beneath her blouse.
