Saturday, Biden was supposed introduce the Prime Minister of India. Instead, the thought he was at a press conference waiting for a reporter to ask a question. He shouted at his staff "Who's next?" as he was tired of waiting for a question. After an uncomfortable silence, an announcer introduced the Prime Minister. Just the latest evidence of Biden's not being up to doing even the simplest tasks in the most important job in the world.
