At the fair
We are on the fair circuit until the end of October. The onions and peppers are cooking for the sausage grinders. All the good food cooked and the autumn air makes me hungry.

Thanks all. I run a concession stand. So my days start at 9 am and get done at 11 pm. There is some fun with seeing the families having fun and seeing them enjoying our food.

When I was a kid, the rides got my main attention. When middle aged, the animal and vegetable exhibits got them. Now in my autumn years, it is definitely the FOOD that strikes my fancy!
Always enjoyed going to the county fairs!

I have always loved state fairs, I have been to a bunch in several states. Best was MO and WI, best food from the Indian village here in NM. Mutton stew and fry bread.😋
