He looks tasty. Not real old looking so he will be tender. Buy the tag.

if we were closer, I’d let you use the brides crossbow, a Ravin R26 and you could whack him right by the barn.

Only cost you one back strap users fee.

Good looking guy, I see a lot of does on my place, but about 3 days ago a young guy (not as many points as this one) and two does walked in front of the office window (front yard) with out a care in the world, I try not to ever bother them so they will always be around in case I ever need them… I have nothing against hunting for food, I just don't do it. I would though if needed.

Yes I have eaten deer and I like it, I also did some hunting in my teens, I just decided it was not for me unless I had no other choice and I hold no ill will to those that do hunt, I have never had the opportunity to eat Elk or bear, I would try it if I did.

Elk is tough to beat and bear, when properly prepared is fantastic.

I'll probably give this guy a pass this year. We'll have so much meat in the freezer from our beef (which I prefer over venison) that it'd be silly to stack more meat in there, even if there were room. Hopefully he can pass his good genes on to many fawns.
