Got a great treat yesterday
Aside from her visit itself, our granddaughter brought a container full of still warm home made bagels she made. Oh boy they were so good.

My wife and I had just about gave up then three years ago my youngest son and his wife
Gave us our fist grand kid . "Gunner " we just went to his 1st soccer game with them them on saturday and back in June. They had "Opal " now One boy one girl grand kid
My guess Whatever time we have left, obvious we will cherish with the grandkids. i hope not but reality, they may vaguly remember us .

Sounds like you have a great granddaughter there. We never had kids, so no grandkids. Do you think you could talk her into sending a few bagels our way? 😀

I have 9 grandkids but not a one of them ever sent me any homemade bagels! 😕😁

We have been blessed with two grandsons. And no matter how much time we get to spend with them it ain’t enough

I will let you borrow mine anytime when she is hungry and we are not that far apart. The 15 y/o loves steak places and Canes. 🥹
