We have had Starlink since last February and are VERY happy with it. I think our cost was $500 for the equipment and then $120/month. Upload and download speeds have been stellar, usually over 100 down and over 60 up. We went from a copper landline system that might, on a good day, get us 2 Mbps download and .1 upload, so the difference has been amazing. We share the system with my sister in law's house 450' away using a wireless bridge and they get the same speeds even going through a couple other components.

Great hope it all works out for you!

I've run a Business from Home. too (well next door now).

I started 20 years a go with a land line (dial up). The copper line stopped jut 100 feet up the Road..

Finally went to Hugesnet that was better and $$$. used that for a few years, slow speeds and no customer service.

Then went up and down the road and got a petition to get DSl on our out of the rural road. Went to two Phone companies, and they were fighting over who could get the service in first. Don't know what took so long, it was just 1/2 mile up at the corner.

Fast forward to 3 years ago WE Got Fiber! I now share the service with House and the Business on different properties, (don't tell the phone company) It's Rural Coop so the Cost is not too bad.

Starlink is a great system. You won't be disappointed. The setup is absolutely trivial.

I find it funny that I'll have all this amazing internet here and all my kids have moved out. If I had a quarter for every time I fussed at them for streaming Youtube videos while I was trying to work I'd have enough to put an in ground pool in the back yard.

Didn't work so well for me, I'm quite a bit further north and that was 3 years ago, so keep us posted. Thank you!

How far north are you? I'm a tick above 48° North latitude and don't have any issues. My dish actually points NE for the best signal.
