Got one of the kittens to sit still - pics added to OP
They are now in the playful stage. I have let them loose to free range the house. Their collars are too big at the moment. I put them on so they will start getting used to them.
Mom who is looking better since I rescued her. Her coat has slicked up and is shiny now.

Still think it is a siamese cross. Not near the current type (which is too extreme in my opinion). The stripping on the legs indicates some tabby domestic shorthair in her ancestry.

I made the mistake of showing your picture to the wife. Do the others look about the same? When they get about 4 weeks old if you can find some kidney at the store buy some and give them a little piece, kind of like watching a miniature lion eating and growling. lol. Defiantly has some Siamese in him if the eyes stay blue.
