A buyer bought my gun. He did not pay. I did everything I was suppose to do and resisted the auction. The auction is live, and gunbroker has charged my credit card the sales tax on the sale. I need for this to be reversed because the gun did not sale!

I too am suspicious of seller(s) that will only accept a USPS money order - No credit cards, no personal checks, etc. I am partially disabled and making a trip to PO to buy a USPS money order, isn’t in the daily realm of things. Makes you think they are avoiding the IRS is only legitimate question raised in my mind. Thanks and Semper FI - Buford  Arning

My FFL is on file, and has been for quite some time. Yet EVERY transaction Gun Broker indicates

there is no FFL on file. I can even access it! How come no phone number for these people?

How come seller only takes certified check? How come Gun Broker only protects to $400.00?

On a $2,000 item am I to lose $1,600.00 if seller does not ship????

I lost my whole purchase amount $1,650 to a fraudulent seller, that GB later identified as fraudulent.  I submitted an original completed form, only to then be informed additional data needed including police report.  All this at height of Covid-19, my local police service desk just laughed.  And nothing, not even the stated $400, was honored by GB.  GB sets the stage, shows the customer reviews, etc.  other wise you are on your on.

I was trying to order a pistol but a note popped-up at the top of the screen that said my card failed to process. So, I verified my information and tried again but received the same result.

Later, on our online banking app, it was showing TWO payments pending. I called the bank and they referred me to the seller. I called the seller but he referred me to GunBroker.com. I submitted a request on that same day and it remains "Open."

The gun was bought by someone else and yet the charges remain. I have a family to worry about and pay for and now I have to also worry about paying twice for a gun that I couldn't buy.

GunBroker won't process my debit card, despite it showing as pending with my bank, meaning that money is not available to me and it's sitting there waiting for GB to complete the transaction. Everyone else involved, me, the seller, my bank... Is fine. GunBroker is the problem. Fortunately the seller actually has good customer service and understanding, and provide (unlike GunBroker) a phone number that they ACTUALLY ANSWERED, and are holding the purchase for me until GB gets it's $#¡+ together

Tried to buy some mags tonight and GUN BROKER said my card was no good. I tried a different card and it worked. I went back and checked my bank for the card they said was bad and the charge shows up 3 times. I am thinking real hard about dropping GB.
