    ATTN: Gunbroker
    Sovereign Guns Slide Purchase
Your failure to not reply to my followup emails has not gone unnoticed. Customer service is obviously not a priority. Cannot even call and talk with anyone.

Not knowing if I returned the slide you would respond. I have no option but to have an local armorer modify the rmr cut to fit my Shield Red Dot optic at a cost equal to my original purchase.

    I will file a complaint with gunbroker.com

    One very unhappy customer,

    Jim Duffy

Is this website a joke? You can’t even have a proper registration process and the email you sent me is blank.

edit: problem was fixed promptly with good customer service over email.

    Greetings,
You certainly have the right to allow anything you want in regard to buying and selling of anything. I also have the freedom to not buy anything that is sold. In regard to small pistol primers and the practice of price gouging customers by 2000% is a practice you may choose to allow. However with that said I've noticed myself withdrawing further and further from GunBroker.com. When my Gold membership comes up for renewal you can forget about me.

When you can do the right thing like monitor and regulate fair practice and choose not to it is unconscionable to allow this to the consumer in the short term but also for you in the long term. Most people in our current savvy society are smarter and more consumer conscious. It ends ugly because we get pissed off. If you want to piss people off this exactly how to do it.

Also if you choose inaction over action and respond to me with an apology of how sorry you are that I feel this way it will be pouring salt into the wound. Rather set limits on how to promote a Win Win mentality. Small Primers are only an example of one thing of the thousands of products you allow. Small Primers are 4 to 5 cents a piece. This equates to 20.00 to 30.00 for a Brick of 500. You are allowing upwards of 10 to 20 times that amount. Your name is already being dragged through the MUD on YouTube as the King of the Consumer Screwing websites. Maybe not today but tomorrow, ROME WILL be lost in the mire of capitalism. So enjoy while you can.

I won a bid on a gun that had a false item description and pic on the posted add. I have already paid for the item as required before they discovered the error. They refuse to ship the correct weapon they advertised.

How do i find out the status of a fraudulent seller?  I have submitted in all the documents and emails.  Why is there not a number we can call and talk to someone?

I am quickly losing faith in gunbroker protecting the bidders from these snakes scamming people.

Don't waste your time going to the forum expecting help.  No-life a-holes with 17 million posts would rather make fun of you for not knowing things, such as what all those mystery buttons are on your dashboard, than providing a simple answer.  Like playground bullies protecting their little sandbox.  Keyboard kommando losers who are also moderators simply make snarky comments and then close your discussion thread. Clown with 17k posts ASSumes I didn't wait patiently for an answer before going to Forum for help - what, a month isn't patient enough????  TWO months now, and still no answer on about FIVE questions. I guess in his juvenile mind that looks better than saying, "I spend my whole life on the GunBroker forum, but I don't know $#it."  Losers....

I Have searched your Gunbroker site about what to do when fraud is suspected. Having found no support for contacting you when fraud is suspected, i will make the query here.

Item 899410743 is listed ending in 2+ days. Clicking on the transactions number (1), it states that a quality score of a D for the sole transaction.

The single transaction scoring a D can be followed -item 899346441, which is the same gun, listed as sold on 4/26/21

I guess this is possible, but perhaps someone there at Gunbroker could check this out?

Gun is listed as a 7" gun. I believe it is a 4.5" in the pic.

Seller lists last name with 3 T's.

I am hoping someone on this forum will see this message and help me to resolve this issue with GB.com.  I have sent this message to everyone I can find an address for at GB.com and never received any kind of useful reply.  ALL automated.  Any help from anyone is greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

Hopefully this will be read by SOMEONE human at Gunbroker.com.  I have been a member for some time of your service and have been trying to complete the extended verification it says I need for your site to become a Seller.  I have been unable to do this despite trying for over SIX MONTHS.  Every time I try to complete the process I end up with the following error message.

“There was an error retrieving the verification questions. Please try again at a later time.

If you are unable to resolve this problem, please contact Customer Support. Please include the entire error message in your report.”

After contacting Customer Support, I will then get an Email wanting me to rate your help service and NO REPLY regarding my initial problem.  This action on your part then just starts the whole process over again!  I am at my wits end and just get to the point of giving up.  Luckily, I am a pretty tenacious individual and refuse to give up!  As I said, this has been going on from the day I became a member.

Please,  PLEASE, help me to resolve this issue.  I am starting to believe that there is NOBODY minding your store!  And it is simply a mass of Automatic responses!  I am hoping this is not the case and I will now see if I get some kind of automated form letter from here.  In that case, I guess I will be forced to give up and chalk all this up to just a bad memory.

Thank Your for your time and attention to this matter, assuming there really is some one out there paying any attention at all!

    Lewis Wayne Blackburn

When I attempt to log in to the forums, I get a prompt to log in to GB...again. When I click the Sign In button at the top right, I get a screen prompting for "

Choose a name to identify yourself on the site.

Although I'm pretty sure I already have been in the forums, I enter my current user ID.

This results in a red bar and "Tell us why you want to join!" with the same text box below for

Something is broken somewhere. Please help. Thank you.

I recently won an auction of a spas-12, for a good price, $1900 (too good to be true). I promptly sent my money order in the mail as payment

Its was sent express but was lost in the mail for a few days. During this time i started noticing some red flags.

The seller told me they except zelle as payment multiple times. More spas-12s began popping up on gunbroker; different pics, user names, etc but same insanely good price range, same 24hr auction window and similar vague discriptions as mine. Some were sold and relisted with recently bad feed back explicitly stating the seller was attempting scams.

My money is on my way back to me as of now. Should i file a formal complaint? He hasnt ACTUALLY done anything wrong yet and i firmly believe innocent until proven guilty but if im right in my concerns i dont want anyone else falling victim to a scam. I also dont want my account branded as someone who will back out of a deal. I believe my concerns are justified.

    PLEASE ADVISE

I was recently awarded a bid on a Ruger Wrangler revolver but as yet have not received the item.  It should have arrived several days ago but my dealer (Ducret's Sporting Goods) has not received it.  Have I just made a $200.00 plus gift to some unscrupulous gun dealer?                                                                                                                                                                             Gary Richardson
