Viewing Sold Transactions
Below is a guide to the Sell section of the site. These screen shots will help a user to navigate the page to complete transactions.
Navigate to the Sell Dashboard, and choose the Sold Items or Sold Orders option.
From the Sold Items option, a seller is able to sort from the drop down menus shown below:
From the Sold Orders option, a seller is able to sort from the drop-down menus shown below:
The status of the Order appears under the auction information. Please remember the Order cannot be edited until the winning bidder has started the Order/Checkout Review process if an FFL is required. The options available to sellers are determined by the status of the Order and other factors.
Examples:
If the Order status is "Pending Buyer Confirmation," the seller is able to click the Order Number to navigate to the Order, or the More Options button to choose from the available actions: Contact Buyer, Send Payment Reminder, Create Shipment, Leave Feedback, Mark Payment Received, View Payment Log, Mark Item Shipped, View Item Summary, View Invoice, Relist with Edit, Relist Immediately, List as Fixed Price, Initiate Credit Request, Force Complete, Cancel Order, or Add Invoice Notes.
If the Order status is "Pending Shipment" then the seller is able to click on the View Order button to navigate to the actual Order, or click on the More Options button to choose from the available actions: Contact Buyer, Create Shipment, Leave Feedback, Mark Payment NOT Received, View Payment Log, Mark Item Shipped, View Item Summary, View Invoice, Relist with Edit, Relist Immediately, List as Fixed Price, Cancel Order, Return Order, or Add Invoice Notes.
