Occasionally, you may encounter a seller who is new to the auction process and does not fully understand how it works or makes an error in the listing. If the seller offers a reasonable explanation for why he cannot complete the transaction, please be understanding and try to accommodate the mistake.
Unfortunately, we cannot force the seller to sell you the item; however, we provide a feedback system for you to post information about your experience with the seller, including any problems you had with the transaction. Your feedback is important to us. We use feedback to track potential problem users, and we terminate the accounts of those who accumulate excessive negative feedback. See Submitting Feedback.
