Seller Does Not Reply to "Ask Seller a Question"

If you are not the winning bidder:

If you are not the winning bidder, and your email is being returned or you do not get a response, we are unable to help you. Our Privacy Policy prohibits us from divulging another user's contact information unless you are involved in a transaction with that person. We do not recommend bidding on an item if the seller has not responded to your questions.

If you are the winning bidder:

If you are the winning bidder, you can request the seller's contact information. This will give you the seller's name and telephone contact information. Please call the seller using this information.

Unfortunately, based upon the terms of our User Agreement, we cannot force the seller to respond; however, we provide a feedback system for you to post information about your experience with the seller.
