If your credit card is rejected when you try to 'Place a Credit Card on File,' then you should call your credit card company and explain the problem. We recommend you verify with your credit card company the information you provided to us is correct for validating your credit card online. In some cases the CVV code they have on file may be different than what is printed on your credit card, and they can resolve the issue.
- Make sure the mailing address and name you are entering for the credit card are the same as the name and address on your credit card statement. The mailing address on the statement may be different from your current home address.
- Make sure you are entering the expiration date and CVV code (card security code) correctly.
