Viewing Won Transactions

Below is a guide to the changes made to the Buy section of the site.  These screen shots will help a user to navigate the New Page to complete transactions.

A buyer is able to view their auctions, either currently Watching, Bidding, or Won by choosing a filter on the left side of the page.

Navigate to the Buy Dashboard, and choose the Won Items or the Won Orders  option

From the Won Items option, a seller is able to sort from the drop down menus shown below:

The status of the Order appears in Blue Text underneath the auction information.   Please remember the Order cannot be edited until the winning bidder has started the Order/Checkout Review process.  The steps available to the user is determined by the actual status of the Order.

Examples:

If the status of the Order is  Pending Payment  then the buyer is able to click on the  View Order  button to navigate to the actual Order, OR, the buyer is able to click on the  More Options  button to choose from the offered actions.  {View Invoice, File Fraud Report, or Contact Seller }

If the status of the Order is  Pending Shipment  then the buyer is able to click on the  View Order  button to navigate to the actual Order, OR, the buyer is able to click on the  More Options  button to choose from the offered actions.  {View Invoice, File Fraud Report, or Contact Seller }
